China’s light attack helicopter: Harbin Z-19 (54 HQ Photos)
June 2, 2015
The Harbin Z-19 is a Chinese reconnaissance/attack helicopter developed by HAMC for the People’s Liberation Army Air Force and the Ground Force Air Force. It is an up-gunned variant of the Harbin Z-9 and hence a distant cousin of the Eurocopter Dauphin.
China also has the WZ-10, which would be like our Apache (but nothing near to as advanced). You could call the Z-19, China’s version of the Cobra.
